To the extent permitted by law, RealtorOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealtorOS from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
