You only pay for what you send and receive. US/Canada example rates:

All outgoing emails are billed per send. No charge for incoming replies.

Voice AI Agent
Pay-Per-Use — Voice Engine + LLM
Voice AI cost has two components: a voice engine charge for speech-to-text and text-to-speech, plus an LLM charge based on token usage and the model you select.

Cost formula: (call duration × $0.06) + (total tokens ÷ 1,000,000 × model price per 1M tokens)
Costs vary by call length, prompt size, conversation turns, speech density, and model choice. A quick FAQ call is low-cost; a long branching questionnaire costs more due to accumulated tokens.
